History
[edit ]The station signed in 1980, initially as a satellite of Azteca Trece, when the flagship public broadcaster Mexican Imevisión. Ricardo Salinas Pliego acquire Imevisión in 1993, becoming TV Azteca, which led to the construction of the facilities of TV Azteca San Andrés Cholula, which opened on May 27, 1995.
