Hello there! I'm Jay Coop, and I have been a Wikipedia editor for 16 years. When it comes to creating and editing, I mostly engage in politics, sports, and gaming topics, but I occasionally edit other articles. Of course, I'm interested in these topics because they comprise my interests outside of Wikipedia as I follow the political affairs of the United States, California, and San Diego; sometimes watch sports, especially if Chicago's doing well; and play lots of video games in my free time.

I also enjoy editing articles and watching films and shows I enjoy. If it's related to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Arrowverse (yes, that's possible), then you'll probably find my name in the edit history. My favorite Avenger is Chris Evans– I mean Captain America, of course. I watch a little bit of anime, such as Naruto and Bleach, because this world shall know pain.

In terms of video games, I enjoy playing action-adventure and first-person shooters or a synthesis of the two genres, so you'll find that I'm interested in playing games such as Assassin's Creed and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege , but if I were to list all the games I enjoy, it would take up at least half of this user page. It goes without saying that I vehemently oppose censorship in video games and believe that we should liberalize our laws in this respect.

When it comes to politics, I started voting in US elections in 2016, when I became eligible to vote. I was inspired by Bernie Sanders, and the politicians in his mold are the ones I appreciate the most, so I have great respect for leaders such as Jacinda Ardern and Jagmeet Singh. I firmly believe that embracing social democracy will lead humanity toward global peace and that one day, the dream of peace will become a reality.
