This is the configuration for cewbot maintaining {{WikiProject banner shell }} in the talk pages and updating all levels of Wikipedia:Vital articles. «Stop»

cewbot moved the WPBS banner to the lower part of the page!
In January 2024, cewbot performed a problematic operation. Although most of the bugs have been fixed, there are still some remaining. Module talk:WikiProject banner#Misplaced banners by bot and many previous discussions have mentioned this problem. Modifying {{WPBS }} may detect these problems, but it is still under review.
I want to show a banner in a page discussion, but the bot is treating it as a functional banner. How do I get the bot to not merge the banner I want to display?
