- Making some diagram for psychology pages (I don't like reading overwhelming sentences.)
- Coping (psychology) Renovation needed
Diagrams
[edit ]- Wikipedia:Graphics Lab
- Priming, File:Semantic Priming.svg(mis-formatted and maybe replace the word with emoji?)
- Moderation (statistics) maybe +graph like mediation?
- Compliance (psychology), create a summary graph for Foot-in-the-door and other techniques
Wikilinking
[edit ]- Integration of Topographic map (neuroanatomy) into the Template:Sensory system
- Include Template:SocialPsychology on every listed page
Images from old APA owned journals
[edit ]- Transfer the image to Common? Classics in the History of Psychology (Wikipedia:Public domain resources#Psychology, copyright)
- APA owned journal published prior 1963 is Public domain
- COGNITIVE MAPS IN RATS AND MEN Edward C. Tolman (1948) some cognitive map images
- "Glossing the Body Electric:A Review of Web Resources for Historians of Psychology" by Christopher D. Green
Finding more diagram that help explaining the concept
[edit ]my approach
- Find a page that lack of diagram
- If that page is text-only, search related images from Wikicommon
- If no related images found on Wikicommon, then plan how to create one (like translating from other Wiki, Wikibooks)
- Upload the created image, add detail like all the text on labels, x/y-axis name, in the file description page
I prefer CC-BY so as to encourage more adoption by merely giving a credit. Share-alike is not that lenient I think.
Reason to supply more diagrams
- Infographic, simply I like visualise the abstract content, especially from a trunk of text
- Curse of knowledge, The Wikipedia editor may unconsciously assume readers are familiar with the page content but in reality the reader may not know.
