My name is Ali Haghighi; I was born 30 years ago in Azarshahr, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.

I am a student now, doing a Master of Art in Architecture at the Iran University of Science and Technology of Tehran, Iran.

Language wise, I'm a native speaker of Azeri, and advanced speaker of Persian that is the official language of my country. My English language is in intermediate level but I am trying to advance it so I can help more in Wikipedia.

I am a new user at Wikipedia ,so I will appreciate if anyone can help me in all aspects of Wikipedia, and also maybe I can help in fields that I have experience(or interest) on it , like Persian language , Azarshahr, Iran ,horror film , architecture, web programming.

I joined Wikipedia in May 2006 or before it (I forgot exactly when) but I made my first edit in 5 May 2006. (I created a link for a university. That time it was for me just a testing and when I made it I told myself WOW, it works!)

Then I forgot about Wikipedia, but I was using it for my project that was about Computer and Astronomy.

Later I became interested in horror films and by searching the internet I was always leading to Wikipedia.

And when I was founding films in Wikipedia I was wondering that there is a lot more in here than IMDB or any other place!

Science then I was using Wikipedia for movies that I like until I found a film, without any picture! I get angry and told myself why there is not a picture here? Why the info for the movie is so little?

Then I told myself that it’s US that make the articles! So I started my first real contribute to Wikipedia and uploaded an image and put an info box in it.

And by doing this I became familiar with Wikipedia, and without my notice I became interested in Wikipedia! So now I want to be a Wikipedian! I will appreciate if anyone can help me to be a Wikipedian! (Most of it is in my English language. Please help in the grammar and spells of my page, my English is so weak!)

My works are little (most of them just edits) .so I am ashamed to list them here, but in the future I will! But now I am joined in the Wikipedia:WikiProject Horror
