(born 09 September 1977) is an Indian Music composer, Producer, podcast, and Sound designer Popular for his work in the Indian television industry and movies. He was awarded the Best background score for Tv Show Left Right Left Jan 2007 BY the Lions group, the Indian Recording art Award 2015 for Indian classical fusion, and the Radio City Freedom Award 2014 for Best Folk Fusion Album.

Abhijeet was born and raised in a Lingayat Hindu family in Mumbai Son of Mr. Ashok Hegdepatil Father and Jaya Hegdepatil Mother, Studied in Gyan Kendra High School Andheri and subsequently attended Kiriti doongerse college at Dadar, He graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in arts. Followed Studied music theory composition from Trinity College of London Abhijeet discovered his love for music in 1993 when he started an early job choosing to work in a music shop at [[1]] right after his schooling. He began as a salesboy attending other music lovers. later 1995 he moved to clubs as a DJ and performed in clubs in Mumbai like London pub, razz rhinoceros, and J49. Side by side with djing he would also spare time to learn music on keyboards.

Abhijeet began his early musical training and worked with many music composers as a keyboardist, His journey on the path of music began in 1997, with the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam where he was assisting music composer Monty Sharma. His first movie as an Independent Background Music composer was Style 2001 director N Chandra starring Sharman Joshi and Sahil Khan. His first Tv Show Background Music composer was X Zone episode Zidd Directed by Imtiaz Ali and Broadcasted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises. He is also the Founder and a Frontman of the Electronic Fusion band Samved where he composed and produced 10 tracks for the album Rlung Ta
