My work focuses on 18th and 19th century British Imperialism and Arabian socio-political history in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and East Africa and the administrations of the Persian Gulf Residency, Bombay Presidency and British India (East India Company and British Raj).
