compound exercise vs isolated exercise
[edit ]Is this whole (c) - compound exercise, (i) - isolated exercise thing even necessary? What's the use?! People are not going to navigate the links differently based on this datum. (Heroeswithmetaphors) talk 00:52, 18 April 2012 (UTC) [reply ]
- The list is sorted by muscle group activated, so I assume most people find that attribute the most useful when choosing which exercise to look at. If this is the case, then telling people which exercises just affect the listed muscle group, and which ones affect others as well should also be useful. 59.167.126.21 (talk) 00:34, 13 October 2012 (UTC) [reply ]
