Comments re the creation of the template
[edit ]The template has been laid out from west to east gathered generally by body of water with the exception of the following items of land - Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island. The use of the latter two items is intended to avoid both the confusion and the dispute associated with the Australian and international positions on the use of the following terms - Great Australian Bight and Southern Ocean. Islands within both the Murray-Darling system (especially Coorong, Lake Albert (South Australia) and Lake Alexandrina (South Australia) and various saline lakes (i.e.Lake Eyre et al) will be added progressively.
