Red links?
[edit ]Why the red links? I understand that navigation boxes help readers navigate among existing articles. I am a big fan of red links for proposed or requested articles in the body of articles, but I don't think it is useful to readers to have them in the template.
By the way - I liked to see the very timely addition of Britannia to the template.
