Comets

[edit ]

Should the comets in this template be listed by date of perihelion passage with January being left most? That almost seems more useful than alphabetical order. -- Kheider (talk) 12:34, 26 February 2019 (UTC) [reply ]

"(Announced)"

[edit ]

The above brackets are not a common interpretive reading of the words announced. It suggests alleged or could have been years ago. It would be nicer and better to put "published" or perhaps recorded Dec 2018 or perhaps not even have it in this year at all. The latter would be my preference. As the date when it was made public and all ratified by the space communities globally is a little bit shall we say "random" to put it strongly.- Adam37 Talk 17:33, 30 March 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
