This WikiProject banner template uses Module:WikiProject banner, a meta-template for easily creating and maintaining project banners. Please report any errors or feature requests to Module talk:WikiProject banner. Information or warnings about the template are below:

Usage
To add an article to our worklist, put this template at the top of the article's Talk page with the following parameters:
{{WikiProject Organizations |importance=YYY }}
where importance is the importance within Organizations according to this scale. Comments that explain the rating may be added by clicking on the link within the template; other comments and questions belong on the Talk page of the article itself.
There are, in addition, several optional arguments that you may use with this template:

Optional parameters
- attention – set
|attention=yesif the article needs immediate attention from experienced editors. Use only if another parameter does not cover the need for attention; this should be used sparingly. It is strongly encouraged to also add a section to the talk page explaining what needs attention.- This parameter populates Category:Organization articles needing attention.
- class – This WikiProject follows Project-Independent Quality Assessment. Please add valid
|class=values to {{WikiProject banner shell }} instead of this WikiProject. Valid class values can be found at Wikipedia:Content assessment. - importance – valid values are: top, high, mid, low, na (case-insensitive).See the project's importance scale for details. Setting an explicit value of NA is rarely necessary; for this, either leave
|importance=blank or omit the parameter. - listas – This parameter, which is the equivalent of the DEFAULTSORT sortkey that should be placed on all biographical articles, is a sortkey for the article talk page (e.g. for Peter Benenson, use
|listas=Benenson, Peterso that the talk page will show up in the B's and not the P's of the various assessment and administrative categories). This is important because it is one source used by those who set DEFAULTSORT on the article; consider also setting the DEFAULTSORT for the article when setting this parameter. For more information about this, please see Wikipedia:Categorization of people §Ordering names in a category.
If the article is using {{WikiProject banner shell }} then it is preferable to add|listas=to that template instead of a project banner template. Putting the parameter on more than one template is not required. - maindykdate – if a fact from the article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know? column, set
|maindykdate=datewhere date is the date that it appeared on the main page. - needs-image – set
|needs-image=yesto request that an image or images be included in this article to improve its quality- This parameter populates Category:Wikipedia requested images of organizations.
- needs-infobox – set
|needs-infobox=yesif the article needs an infobox. Remember that infoboxes are not suitable for all articles, and can overwhelm short articles.- This parameter populates Category:Organization articles needing infoboxes.
- category – set
|category=noif, and only if, a banner is being used for demonstration or testing purposes, to prevent unnecessary or undesirable categorization. Otherwise, omit this parameter.
Editing this template
This template may be used on many Wikipedia articles, so damage to this template could have wide-ranging effects. Unfortunately, the template is also difficult to edit properly, since it uses rather complicated parser programming. Please use the utmost caution when changing this template.
