[edit ]This template {{Translate passage}} adds a banner on articles that have passages that require translation, and provides instructions on how to list the article at Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English.
This template should be transcluded, not {{subst:}}ed.
Example:
{{subst:Translate passage|ArticleName|language=LanguageName}} ~~~~
This template categorizes pages on which it appears into Category:Wikipedia articles needing translation, unless suppressed with an optional parameter.
After following instructions provided in the template for listing the article at WP:PNT, please change the listed param to "yes".
Parameters
[edit ]One positional and two named parameters; all are optional:
- 1 - language of the passage needing translation (e.g., 'Spanish', 'French', 'Chinese')
- category – if set to 'no', suppresses categorization of the article (default: 'yes'; categorization is applied)
- listed - if set to 'yes', this displays a briefer version of the banner without instructions for listing at PNT (default: 'no')
