• (Article's creator) thanks for the nomination, but your blurb is pretty boring, to be honest. I'd suggest something along the lines of "... that cricketer Travis Head was hit by a car shortly after completing a four-day match for South Australia? IgnorantArmies 14:58, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

• Just barely squeaks by the 1500 character mark. I mean, with 1518 characters of prose, I gave thought to failing it as too short despite its technically surpassing 1500. I do suggest breaking it up into more than one paragraph for readibility. Anywho, I prefer the ALT1 hook, which is reliably sourced. The article as a whole is well sourced.
