The article was successfully 5x expanded. QPQ not required. It is free of copyvio issues (stands at 6.5% per Earwig) and has no copyediting problems. Problems present are as follows: The first source (Wales Online) is not free access everyone opens it everytime, may you can solve that by getting an archive file, Morgtd? That said, I added two tags, one for a direct claim about trains and the other one to the first section because it relies nearly entirely on a single source and lacks inline citations.
