[edit ]This will create a reference link to a basketball player's statistics page on https://www.basketball-reference.com.
Usage
[edit ]This template requires 3 parameters:
|id=, the identifier after "players/" and before ".html" in the url to the statistics page.|name=, the name of the player on the title of the references basketball-reference.com page|access-date=, the date the page was accessed.

[edit ]For a reference to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's page at https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/a/abdulka01.html:
