It says "In 2022, Efron opened up about his struggles with mental illnesses including insomnia, agoraphobia, and depression." Insomnia is not a mental illness and the others should probably be described as things the symptoms of which he struggles with (mental illesses are the only ones in medicine which are defined entirely in terms of their symptomology [since 1980]; you can only struggle with its particular manifestation for you (for example one person with depression might struggle with lethargy and loss of appetite while another struggles with obsessive ruminative guilt and overeating). Theres a mistyped bracket at the end of this sentence:

|answered= parameter to no to reactivate your request.The "Relationships" section currently states that Zac Efron briefly dated Nina Dobrev in 2025.
However, multiple reliable sources indicate that the speculation arose after the two were seen vacationing with friends in Italy, and Dobrev publicly denied that they were dating.

According to People, Dobrev clarified that the rumors were not true and that they are just friends.
