Is the reference in "Trivia" really appropriate? I tend to think that it doesn't really reflect what the article is about - it's about Vincent Kompany, not a game-generated instance in a data file. Otherwise, we may as well have "Trivia" entries for Thierry Henry saying that he is rated very highly. It's fairly obvious, but is it relevant? I'll remove it. I've added a short line on the rumoured offer that Manchester City have had accepted for Kompany. It may reduce the number of people coming on and changing his club even though the deal hasn't been confirmed. I doubtful though. Srushe (talk) 16:57, 21 August 2008 (UTC) Reply

- Number of selections (in the assumption the player also made it to the stadium) = number of times of having been an unused substitute + number of appearances (synonym for appearances: caps). What would be the best estimate? Depending on the source, it goes from 1.90m (National Football Teams) to 1.93m (=6'04", Manchester City website).
