[edit ]How can the abbey be discussed separately from the town that grew up around it? If you break information into small enough parts, nothing makes sense. Sounds like the monks just wandered away during the Revolution. Wetman 12:40, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)
- I agree that the history of the town and that of the abbey are quite "intermixed". I will write the full article about the abbey (architecture, history, present activities and events,... this can take a little time) and then we can discuss the opportunity of merging the two articles.
