Hi,
Usha Thorat is the Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India - India's Central Bank and a well known figure in India and the world. I am trying to get a hang on the editing in wikipedia. Please Hang on.
Currently the content on the page is based on a press release on the RBI's website. The press release is in public domain so there is no copyright issue
