Reason for plenty non-members?
[edit ]Is there some reason why so many countries aren't members? Or why some countries left it? Though same year that Belgium withdrew, Belgian Flemish Community joined. If reasons are known, they are not in the article. 85.76.77.241 (talk) 05:03, 9 November 2015 (UTC) [reply ]
