The neutrality of the main source seems questionable at best, as is evident in this forum post with no lack of citations.

Original Research
[edit ]I had to dig thorugh archive.org to find "The Repressive System And The Political Control In North Korea" and here's the link (https://web.archive.org/web/20070603185648/http://www.fortunecity.com/meltingpot/champion/65/control_lankov.htm).
