The content of Screen-labeled function keys was merged into Soft key on 2018年05月29日. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.
The correct term is softkey, not soft key. Google gives 337 thousand hits with "soft key" but 4 millions with softkey.
