[edit ]This document reads like an ad for smart beta funds. The phrase "placing it at the intersection or efficient-market hypothesis and classic value investing" is attributed to a NYTimes puff piece promoting a financial product launch announcement, which furthermore doesn’t make any similar claim to the one that’s attributed.
"Offering an optimal blend..." could be described as original research if it was more than a marketing slogan.
The third paragraph is pure invention—Harry Markowitz’s research on Modern Portfolio Theory has nothing to do with smart beta. Drademeyer (talk) 18:31, 8 April 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
