A February, 2014 KCPQ story says "The so-called 'Seattle Freeze' has been the subject of debate, but one study found that there may be some truth to the rumor." referring to a study done by CityClub and National Conference on Citizenship. -- Brianhe (talk) 21:33, 13 August 2014 (UTC) Reply
