[edit ]This article needs a lot of work. Un-sourced, unverifiable material and speculation needs to be removed. Un-critical Tibetan "biographies" and accounts are usually not good quality sources on their own as most are simply hagiographies. David Germano and some of his students have done a lot of good academic work on the Nyingthig traditions ~ so that's where I'd start looking for good quality sources to improve this article.
