|answered= parameter to no to reactivate your request.On the list of the Queen's prime ministers Viscount Palmerston in his 1st term as prime minister was a Whig party prime minister. Queen Victoria suffered impaired vision in later life due to cataracts. Why is this not mentioned? The Illinois Braile Series Book 1 mentions her as a famous blind person.
