To-do List:

more sophisticated product detector

[edit ]

Can anybody explain the "more sophisticated product detector" more in detail or tell me where I can find a more detailed description? Are there any commercial products (integrated circuits) of which the datasheets may be helpful? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.184.122.203 (talk) 13:29, 16 October 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Maybe there should be a link to the entry on Ring Modulation. That circuit can be used to perform product detection because it multiplies to signals together. 60.241.12.136 (talk) 10:47, 10 September 2009 (UTC) [reply ]

Whats coherent detection?

[edit ]

Hi, Can somebody help me in figuring out whats a coherent detector? Is it the same as synchronous detection? I want this for optical frequency signals. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.14.43.11 (talk) 07:04, 15 July 2008 (UTC) [reply ]
