Bouler in prison?

[edit ]

Why was Bouhler sent to prison and why transferred to Dachau? There is also something wrong here with the date and circumstances of his death. He can not have been on his way to Dachau on 19 May 1945. White Guard 00:31, 13 September 2006 (UTC) [reply ]

11 days after VE day? You're right, have tagged it. SGGH 22:52, 24 March 2007 (UTC) [reply ]
The source seems to state he killed himself by a lake, I cant make out any reference to Dachau, so have removed that from the article for now, leaving it simply with the suicide and date of. SGGH 22:56, 24 March 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Why was Bouhler in prison in 1945? In other words what was his crime or who had he angered? That seems to be the most important issue not addressed here. Shirokuma1 13:17, 25 May 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Bouhler was captured and arrested on 10 May 1945 by American troops. He committed suicide on 19 May 1945 while in the U.S. internment camp at Zell am See in Austria. He was guilty of murder in Germany and crimes against humanity. Kierzek (talk) 18:58, 2 March 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
