Pågan
[edit ]Apparently, some sources spell it Pågan, e.g. [1]. Ought to be mentioned unless its completely spurious. Wonder what that circle above the "a" is, though - in my native Danish, "å" is a unique vowel, pronounced e.g. like the first O in bOrrow, but in Pågan it might some kind of a diacritic.--Nø (talk) 16:16, 13 September 2016 (UTC) [reply ]
Status of Island
[edit ]The text suggests that the island is inhabitated, and that "aircrews spotted an airstrip and buildings".
