Fire Aid reunion

[edit ]

A mention should be added of the band members reuniting for the FireAid concert. https://pitchfork.com/news/nirvana-members-perform-with-kim-gordon-st-vincent-and-more-at-fireaid-benefit-concert-watch/ 2600:8801:7116:4400:1402:6833:E123:4026 (talk) 17:34, 31 January 2025 (UTC) [reply ]

As much as I would like to see it on their infobox, I don't think it'll appear for the same reason the partial Anthology reunion isn't mentioned on The Beatles infobox CY223 (talk) 22:28, 8 February 2025 (UTC) [reply ]
Why make special mention of this reunion in the infobox when there have been so many over the years ?: [1]. It should be mentioned in the article body though. QuintusPetillius (talk) 13:46, 9 February 2025 (UTC) [reply ]

Nirvana is not punk rock

[edit ]

Though it is categorized as punk rock, I, as a punk myself, do not like to categorize Nirvana, and other bands like them, as punk. Punk rock is grouped by ideals AND sound, not just sound. Original punk (the Clash, the Ramones, Iggy Pop, etc.) was not just a mix between psychedelic and metal as Nirvana mainly is. Don't get me wrong, I'm okay with Nirvana, but I just don't agree with it being categorized as punk.
