@Jeff G. and Ronhjones: I've undeleted this article. Deleting on the grounds of unsourced, by itself, is a piss-poor reason to kill a page. The topic is obviously very notable being discussed in numerous books and scholarly works. Besides which, the page is hardly more than a navigation aid to relevant articles. It certainly could be further developed. Prod should never be used on pages like this. Spinning Spark 09:19, 24 August 2020 (UTC) Reply
