why hasnt Chicago hosted the allstar game since 1988 while Los Angeles has hosted it twice, Houston is gonna host it for a third time before Chicago hosts it again and New Orleans will have hosted it twice before Chicago gets another chance? I cannot find a source that says that the 2009 All-star game venue has been chosen. Anybody else???

An IP user added that the 2013 game is in Toronto without a reference. I can't find anything in the news saying that Toronto was picked to host the game, so I don't think this has been officially announced. Would anyone object to removing that line of the table? I think it's worth mentioning that All-Star Games have far fewer personal fouls than normal NBA games, that both teams have scored at least 100 points in every All-Star Game since 1974, and that both teams have scored 120 points each of the last nine games. I'm okay with mentioning recent trends and criticism in the article, perhaps in the history section or in a separate section of its own.
