"colossal" Myer store???

[edit ]

Is the word "colossal" appropriate for the description of the Myer store in the Myer Centre? It seems either very exaggerating OR fishing-story. Would "including a large Myer store over five levels" suffice? Sem boy (talk) 10:17, 29 September 2008 (UTC) [reply ]

Year of opening - Correction

[edit ]

I query the claim that the Myer Centre was completed & opened to the public in 1991. You're a couple years off.

I know it's incorrect because I got my very first job at 15, in the Myer Centre food court McDonald's. The building wasn't finished yet so we had to do our training in the (now long gone) McDs in Rundle Mall, directly opposite. (The boss Geoff Ollie owned both McDs at the time). Our training finished up just a few days before the Myer Centre & food court were opened to the public. It was most definitely 1993. 193.115.120.44 (talk) 13:08, 24 March 2023 (UTC) [reply ]
