too technical for most readers to understand?
[edit ]This article needs to be completely rewritten or put into Layman's terms. Some of the language in this document is so complex that a general reader looking for information on the subject would not have a clue! Thor Malmjursson (talk) 17:54, 7 November 2008 (UTC) [reply ]
This page has been tagged as being too technical for most readers to understand since November of 2008, but the present page has been improved since then, and it does not seem too technical to me, especially if the reader follows the links to the more technical words.
