Newly created, nominated within seven days, all claims in the article are cited to appropriately reliable sources, QPQ is fulfilled. As far as the hooks go, I think both are fine, though I consider the former one a little more interesting (the latter feels like it'd be of interest to only people who know Luigi as a character).
