Image:Photo levinhurst3.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

I've moved this page to Lol Tolhurst. It is the name he is most well known by: +"laurence tolhurst" +cure = 19,300 ghits and +"lol tolhurst" +cure = 37,700 ghits. WP:NAMEPEOPLE states that "The name that is most generally recognisable" should be used. Also, "Lol" is used instead of "Laurence" on his MySpace page and The Cure's website. --JD554 (talk) 11:52, 12 June 2008 (UTC) Reply
