Problem
[edit ]Was in process of clearing tags when I actually read the lede. In fact what's supposed to be here is how stalemates are the norm, not escalation to full conflict with full resolution. So leaving for the content redact. Lycurgus (talk) 20:29, 9 July 2015 (UTC) [reply ]
