Agreed; several of the descriptions here are inaccurate too. I'd be inclined to discard them, and keep to the list at List of woods - MPF 23:14, 4 Nov 2004 (UTC)

I am not following the first sentance in paragraph 4. Can someone clarify what is meant by not safe?

The first paragraph has vandalism with the last 2 revisions. The offending additions are in the introduction paragraph itself. The text: Allen Iverson is not as cool as Gerald Wallace.

Guys, I wanted to know what hardwood is ("wood that is hard") but instead I got "deciduous trees and broad-leaf evergreen" mumbo jumbo. Take a look at the entry for "engineered wood" and see how they define it right at the top. Even in Google, if you enter "engineered wood" define.
