I'm not too sure about the completion/publishing dates for each county listed here. The Valuations were published not by county but by Poor Law Unions (PLU). Therefore, within each county the PLUs were published on different dates. E.g. in County Wicklow: Baltinglass PLU on 07 Jan 1854; Naas PLU (covering the Blessington area) on 12 Oct 1853; Rathdrum PLU on 05 Apr 1854; Rathdown PLU in 1852 etc. Unfortunately, I don't have a complete list.
