I wish I could find a legit source to describe how Google shits all over their Eastern European users by adding a random mix of English and Russian books in the selection and having no option to switch off the Russian. http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/09/24/play-books-starts-go-live-readers-estonia-latvia-lithuania-ukraine/#disqus_thread It's just flat-out offensive and incredibly annoying for those that don't speak Russian, i.e. the majority of the population especially tech-savvy youth.
