Merger proposal

I'd like to suggest that Fort Niobrara Wilderness be merged into this article. The Wilderness is entirely contained within the NWR, so it should be discussed to some extent in this article anyhow. At present, the Wilderness article consists of two paragraphs: one on the Ft. N. Wilderness specifically, and one of boilerplate on Wilderness Areas generally. The entirety of the first paragraph could be incorporated into this article; the second could be dropped altogether, in favor of a Wikilink to National Wilderness Preservation System. The combined article wouldn't exceed Start-length; the article histories suggest that both have expanded very slowly, and wouldn't be likely to reach excessive length in the foreseeable future.
