Changing the capitalization of the 'Supported Programming Languages' section

Should the capitalization of the "Supported Programming Languages" section be changed to "Supported programming languages"? I just don't think that the words 'programming' and 'languages' should be capitalized. Name goes here (talk) 20:51, 16 July 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
