I have made a handful of edits to this page, so barring any objection, I will review it anyway. I will review and then ask for a second opinion to ensure neutrality. Go Phightins ! 21:19, 22 April 2013 (UTC) [reply ]

A few miscellaneous notes:

  • In the umpiring career section, give something quantitative about "did not take long" to get to the big leagues...one month or one year, or one decade? Done
  • How is the Mariners game score relevant? Done I removed it.
  • Cite his 2013 crew. Done
  • Isn't "umpired" usually the verb we associate with umps rather than "officiated"? Perhaps, but using "umpired" over and over again might be a little redundant. I think "officiated" is fine.
  • There's a problem with the balance in this article. Most of the "notable games" and "incidents" are from the last five or six years, and hardly any are from pre-2005, yet he has been an umpire since 1993. We need some due weight to each part of his career. Done, maybe. Take a look and see what you think.
  • References look generally OK. I will spot check when all other issues are addressed. Thanks. Go Phightins ! 01:12, 24 April 2013 (UTC) [reply ]
