Many reliable sources characterize Faqueer Shahabuddin Ahmad as Bangladesh's first attorney general.[1] [2] [3] The Attorney General's Office, however, arguably the most authoritative source, places him second, after M. H. Khandaker.[4] There is no well-established numbering of the officeholders. It depends on how one counts them. So, per Template:Infobox officeholder/doc, Wikipedia should not state 1st (or 2nd), but simply state the dates of his term. --Worldbruce (talk) 19:23, 27 November 2025 (UTC) Reply
