Notable?
[edit ]The article is currently flagged with the {{Notability}} boilerplate. As one of the children of a Roman Emperor (Marcus Aurelius) who lived into adulthood, had children and became the ancestor of another Roman Empress (Annia Faustina), it seems to me that Fadilla ought to make the cut. However, what is the threshold of notability for royals? It's true that she didn't really do anything special that we know about; however, as a member of an imperial dynasty, she could be important simply by virtue of her family ties. - Pursuant to this discussion, under which it seems generally agreed that a mewling, puking infant can make the notability cut simply by being born to a monarch, or perhaps even to a monarch's child, Fadilla would pass with flying colours. Mind you, they are talking about the present day, which is far better documented than the ancient world. Less is known for sure about Fadilla than about many of these mewling infants ... but what we do know still tempts me to retire the Notability boilerplate. Any thoughts? - She was notable in her time, similar to how a politically active daughter of a president in the US would be notable. Just because there isn't much information remaining about her doesn't mean she does not deserve an article. To delete the article would be bias against the past.
