Model farms for real estate promotional purposes

I see the article focuses on model farms as used for agricultural research, and I have seen this use be more common; but I do think there should be a mention of model farms or demonstration farms being used to advertise land tracts to show that the land is useful for agriculture. See Mission Acres, California for an example of a community which used a model farm to advertise land in its early years. Christopher Arturo Aragón Vides (talk) 05:07, 4 June 2024 (UTC) [reply ]
