The current way this article is organized makes sense from the standpoint of a list of comorbid conditions, with information about the comorbidities. However, I think it would look more polished and be more informative if we would first group by categories of conditions, then order by alphabetical indexation; indeed, I think expressing it as SQL-style pseudocode makes sense. Anyway, this might require that we find information regarding the groupings in relationship to autism, and also it would be good if we locate WP:MEDRS precedent for this type of grouping. I note that apparently it was not seen as very optimal to distinguish the conditions between mental and physical ones. BlockArranger (talk) 12:19, 17 August 2025 (UTC) Reply

This article has even more WP:MEDRS issues than the autism article ever had, and much of the information that is sourced is outdated. Honestly, I think it would be more efficient to rewrite the article completely. LogicalLens (talk) 05:52, 18 August 2025 (UTC) Reply
Well, if you would agree, I wouldn't mind all too much if we began by removing some of the content lacking adequate sources. Afterwards, it might emerge more naturally what would make sense. BlockArranger (talk) 13:31, 26 August 2025 (UTC) Reply
