Buprenorphine

Does anybody know how similar or dissimilar this drug is to buprenorphine? As they are both mixed agonist-antagonists at the mu receptor, and both have dose ceilings, they seem quite simiilar. The diethyl, piperidine & morpholine analogues are all seen on Chemspider. All appear to be mixed agonist/antagonists but it means that the N-substituents have been studied.

I also saw a p-Cl in place of the m-phenolic group in Reaxys but couldn't get the paper. In all cases, too expensive & complex to be produced in commercial volumes. 3 Chiral centers! This one MIGHT be a pure agonist.
