Farm vs Family

This information is currently about the family (Chellburgs). I'm gathering information about the farm and it's buildings. The question is, would it be better to:

1. Add the buildings to this title and leave the family information at the end? or
2. Change the entire article to the farmstead and create a new title for the family? or
3. Create another article about the farm and name it something similar?
The related Joseph Bailly Homestead and Joseph Bailly articles are similar, but in this case, the family is distinctive as an example of an ethnic community in America, not in and of their own actions.(Chris Light (talk) 15:16, 6 April 2009 (UTC))Reply
